2) training:
Pull A - Push A - Legs A - Rest - Pull B - Push B - Legs B - Rest. repeat
The focus mostly dictates the volume allocation and order of movements - eg. pull B - biceps first - traps and upper back - lats - rear delts.
So far the recovery is fairly decent, will do reloads if needed.
5) Protocol:
The dose is determined based on natural testosterone levels, so it's very low. (test levels were lower then expected 7.08nmol/l (US units that's 204 ng/dl)
150mg testosterone enanthate weekly, eod injections
- after the bloods at 10.2, I will see where my testosterone and estradiol sits and I plan to titrate up to 250mg weekly.
6) Blood pressure measured once weekly - 3 measurements average:
7) Fasting blood glucose - measured once weekly:

Reactions: Deleted member 1146 and SalvatoreCorvus
Reactions: SalvatoreCorvusThe big problem you'll have will be filling your legs. They are genetically very long.
And also don't forget to trains the abs in resistance with load. Otherwise you won't develop any.
Your progress will be interesting to follow

Reactions: Deleted member 1146Legs were always my best body part. Earlier in 2025 I did a natural shows and after that my legs literally went away
And yes abs were always a weak point for me, currently im doing 3ws two times a week for them.
And maybe you could consider increasing vitamin D3 to around 6,000–8,000 IU, but that’s just my personal preference. Other than that, great work overall.
