I was on cycle for 14 weeks and have now been off for 2 weeks. Morning erections are still present, indicating that androgen signaling has not fully dropped yet. While on cycle, recovery was extremely good with high training frequency and minimal soreness. Since coming off, recovery feels natty-level or slightly worse, with muscle soreness lasting longer, even though sleep quality is good. Strength and body weight are currently unchanged.
Since being off cycle, I am continuing 500 mg L-carnitine intramuscular daily and 5 IU HGH before sleep. In 5–7 days I will start PCT with enclomiphene and tamoxifen, and I am planning to stay off cycle until at least summer or autumn. The next blood work is scheduled for February and will be uploaded for review.
Congrats on keeping the log updated for so long. First cycles are usually suboptimal (looking back), but thats normal, because we need to learn how to manage hormones, supplements and other related variables with PEDs in the play. Reading over the log, I'd say you somewhat overreacted sometimes and atleast for the first half of the cycle really tried hard to keep everything perfect. The only thing I'd actually change would be to leave HCG in until all test gets cleared from the system and then starting PCT (and simultaneously stopping HCG). Otherwise, good logkeeping and I hope you enjoyed it and made as much progress as you could. Hope to see you continue on this path.

Not gonna lie, I kinda panicked about E2 at first because I thought my nipples were getting puffy
Turned out it was just classic test bloat — I was holding around 7 kg of water, which made everything look worse than it actually was.
Since our labs don’t really use ultra-sensitive LC-MS assays, I assumed my E2 was way higher than it probably was and ended up crashing it.
Lesson learned though — once I corrected it, everything ran smooth. Definitely smarter about it going forward.
Strength is still slowly increasing and feels like normal, natural-style progress. The difference compared to being on cycle is clearly noticeable, but overall training performance remains solid and consistent.
Recovery is acceptable for being off cycle. Mood is very good and stable, and sleep quality remains strong. Joint comfort is slightly worse compared to on cycle, but manageable and not significantly limiting training. Overall well-being feels positive.
Bodyweight is currently around 97 kg. Daily caloric intake ranges between 3,800 and 4,500 kcal. Protein intake is between 210 and 300 g per day, fat intake between 90 and 120 g, with the remainder coming from carbohydrates. Appetite, digestion, and food quality are all very good.

Overall, I feel good and stable. Strength is holding and slowly progressing, recovery is reasonable for PCT, and mood, sleep, and nutrition are all in a solid place. Hoping this trend continues.
Off cycle since Dec 10, in PCT since Jan 1. Overall recovery feels very good and stable.
Morning wood has been back daily for ~1 week, mood is very good and consistent.
Fasting blood glucose is solid (84–94 mg/dl), post-prandial peaks at ~120 mg/dl max.
Strength is slowly increasing, training performance feels natural, and recovery is better than expected for PCT.
Supplements and support protocol are exactly the same as in the last post. Overall everything is trending in a positive direction.
PCT went very smoothly and I’m honestly really happy with this bloodwork. LH and FSH are fully back in range, total testosterone is sitting at the top of the reference range, and overall everything looks stable and healthy. Lipids have improved, kidney markers are solid, hematocrit is stable, and vitamin D is in a great spot.
I’m aware that testosterone will likely settle back closer to my natural baseline in the coming weeks, give or take — and that’s completely fine. The goal was recovery, and that’s clearly happening. Most importantly, I’ve felt good the entire time. Mood, libido, energy — all stable.
Strength has been good throughout the whole process, and in the last two weeks I’ve started hitting PRs again. I even matched a PR from two months ago when I was on cycle and hit 8 reps, which made me really happy. Performance feels natural, consistent, and strong.
I stopped citrus bergamot about two months ago, but since HDL is still slightly low, I’ll reintroduce 750 mg daily and possibly add red yeast rice before bed. I’m curious to see how lipids respond now that PCT is basically finished.
Overall, I’m very satisfied with how this cycle ended and how recovery turned out. Huge thanks to everyone who supported me along the way — @SalvatoreCorvus@dr. Doping@Donvitosharkone and @Driadashop I truly appreciate the guidance and the high quality products.
I’m currently in absolute peak shape. I weigh around 98 kg fasted at roughly 18–19% body fat, and my strength is at a very high level right now. Training in the gym is going well, and overall I feel strong and stable. My nutrition isn’t extremely strict at the moment, and I’m taking a more relaxed approach. I’m not using any supplements right now except for vitamin D and fish oil. Also worth noting: I’ve been off PCT since the end of February, which makes my current condition even more solid.
The only limitation at the moment is a foot injury, which prevents me from doing proper combat sports training. That’s frustrating, but I’m still maintaining good progress in the gym. Right now, I have two imbalances I want to fix. My latissimus is generally underdeveloped, with the left side weaker than the right, and my neck is more developed on the left side compared to the right, which I want to balance out.
Also, I don’t really like being at a low body fat percentage at this stage, since I don’t yet have enough muscle mass for a proper cut.
