Great work, it shows you’re doing things seriously. Dropping fat while holding strength in that deficit is not easy.
Simple advice: you don’t need more compounds. Your limit now is fatigue and systemic stress. Prioritize sleep, don’t push the deficit harder, and stay consistent.
You’re close. At this point, the one who manages recovery best wins, not the one who adds more.
Just finished a long body recomp blast and now moving into a maintenance / health-focused phase.
Current maintenance setup:
Androlex Test E 200
HGH 3 IU daily
Glutathione support
Goal now is to maintain muscle, stay lean, improve recovery, support skin/hair/overall wellness, and give the body a more stable environment after pushing hard during the recomp phase.
So far this setup feels much cleaner:
Better recovery
Stable energy and mood
Easier appetite control
Pumps and fullness still maintained
Less stress on the body compared to the blast phase
The Androlex Test E oil has been very smooth with minimal PIP and overall quality has been excellent. HGH and glutathione combo also seems to help a lot with recovery, sleep quality, and general well-being.
Planning to focus more on:
Health markers
Clean diet
Cardio
Lean tissue retention
Consistent training performance
Sometimes a proper maintenance phase is underrated after a hard recomp run.
Now that the maintenance phase is going well, I’m already looking ahead and planning the next lean bulk.
The current idea is to run:
Test E – 500 mg/week
Deca – 400 mg/week
EQ – 300 mg/week (mainly because I struggle to eat enough food, so I’m hoping the appetite boost will make hitting calories easier)
HGH – 6–8 IU daily
I’ve also been reading a lot about insulin and originally wanted to include it in this bulk. For now though, I think I’m going to postpone that idea until the next cycle. I want to spend more time researching it properly and understanding how to use it safely before adding another variable.
The plan is to focus on progressive overload, a clean calorie surplus, and maximizing quality tissue gain. If progress eventually starts to stall later in the bulk, I might bring in Anadrol for an extra push. Luckily, I grabbed some during a 50% off sale, so it’s already sitting in the drawer waiting .
For now, the priority is building a strong foundation, staying consistent with training and nutrition, monitoring health markers, and making the most of the maintenance phase before ramping things up again.
Keep it update
