CYCLE PROTOCOL - UPDATE OVERTIME
hey guys whats up, just wanna drop my plan here for a body recomp with driada stuff.
so ive been training natty like 3+ years, build some decent size, but i did a dirty bulk kinda recently and got too fat
MY CURRENT STATS
Height: 178cm
Age: 21 Y.O.
Weight: 76kg
BF: like 16% ish (just eyeballing, not 100% accurate)
Training: 3 years solid
Goal: around 10-11% bf, still around 74-75kg lean
COMPOUNDS (all Driada)
- Testos 250 (Test E) – starting 200mg/week, prob push it up to 350mg (2 shots mon/thurs)
- Provironus 25mg – 1 tab daily (libido, hardness, lower shbg etc)
- Arimidyn 0.5mg – 1 tab e3d (will adjust if e2 sides kick in)
- Ibutamoren (MK-677) – 10-20mg a day (gonna start low at 10mg, see how it hits my sleep and appetite)
- Tyroid Mixos (T3/T4) – 1 tab daily for fat loss (gotta be careful not to overdo, thyroid is tricky)
- HCG 5000iu – 250iu 2x per week (keep the boys alive n well)
🗓 CYCLE LENGTH
- 12 weeks total
- HCG running whole cycle
- AI only when/if needed
- After last pin wait 2-3 weeks then pct (clomid/nolva, not decided yet will see bloods first)
DIET PLAN
not going super hard cut, more like slight deficit so i can still train heavy.
- Calories: around 2400-2600 (gonna adjust depending on weight every week)
- Protein: ~180g
- Carbs: more on training days (200g+), low on rest days (100g ish)
- Fats: 60-80g
Supps: fish oil, vit d, creatine, mag
1 cheat meal weekly if progress is steady, water intake like 4-5 liters a day.
TRAINING SPLIT
5-6x per week PPL style, main focus compounds and progressive overload. also adding some calisthenics stuff cause i wanna move better not just be heavy.
trying to hit 10k steps everyday for extra burn.
abs when i remember
GOALS
- bf from 16% down to 10-11%
- keep weight 74-75kg leaner
- look harder, leaner, more vascular
- improve strength in main lifts (bench/squat/dead)
- mk677 hopefully helps with sleep + recovery
Don't touch your thyroid for your goal and for this goal that is easy to achieve (even naturally) . As you said, thyroid is tricky.
And if you try to make a deficit with Mk677... It's hurting you for nothing
As well as the cheat meal. It's cool but it's a bad idea.
It is a tool that is used in specific cases that helps to lose fat. Not just to decompress on food restriction.
And last things.
Doing your first cycle at 21 yo to just support fat loss... It sucks trust me.
All the young people like you who did that ended up depressed. You're just going to waste time, money, and be disappointed with the result.
Lose your fat naturally and start cycle to build muscle. This is the best smart strategy.
If you have already started then pay attention to Mk677 and your estrogen levels.
You may end up with an increase in water retention so not seeing any physical change or on the scale. Thinking that you are not progressing and wanting to dig into the diet. When in fact an invisible balance is made.
You risk ending up too low too quickly.

Reactions: lantofugaceSomeone with true hypothyroidism needs to see a doctor. Sometimes it's just a lack of T4 (which is the hormone which allows you to have a conversion to T3)
If tsh and t3 is at zero then your doctor must prescribe you something.
If you're just a little low it's just maybe your lifestyle, a diet that's too strict and a micronutrient deficiency
