A workout pump is more about how much salt, carbs, and water you’ve had before training than about tadalafil. Even citrulline is probably more relevant for pumps than tadalafil.

You don't necessarily have to get a crazy pump during your workout after taking tadalafil.

Tadalafil offers a great deal of cardiometabolic benefits, which could be discussed at length. As mentioned above, the pump effect depends on many factors, not just PDE inhibitors.

In low doses, tadalafil simply does its job "silently," allowing you to stay healthy longer than most people, at least in terms of endothelial health.
