- What was your goal when starting this product?
- I wanted to lose visceral fat, improve recovery and collagen production.

- Daily subcutaneous injections, starting at 1 IU, titrating up to 3, then going back to 1.5 because 3 was too much. I used it in the morning or around noon, not before sleep. Next time I may try it before sleep, but it seemed it would be wasteful, because there is a natural GH surge at night anyway.

Side effects & tolerance

- Hand numbness became too strong at 3 IU per day, but disappeared until I cut back to a lower dose. Water retention was sometimes noticeable, but not badly. I also had some transient pain at the top of my spine for 4-5 weeks toward the end of the cycle, which I attribute to this, and that stayed for weeks after finishing the 100 IU dose.

- Nope, but I had a lump in my fat around my navel for a few months, despite rotating sites. Probably due to inexperience, I must not have rotated well enough. It's gone after 1-2 months.

- It was okay, never had a bad reaction, the fat lumps dissolved, hand tingling went away at a lowered dose.
