HGH, for a while Anavar and then MOTS-C! When I finally started getting results, I already used MOTS-C and raised Reta dosage to 3 mg per week.

What changes did you notice while using this product?

Nothing for months, then I started losing about 1-2 kg per month. When I reached 3 mg per week, and I also added MOTS-C, it became a little faster. Maybe 2-3 kg per month.

In all my life I could only stay at the border between normal and overweight BMI if I starved myself. When I combined a PSMF style eating with 10-12 hours of intense workouts per week and the same amount of walking, I could stay between 70-75 kg for my 168 cm, very muscular. 100-110 g protein, 50-100 g carbs, 20-30 g fat, around 1000 kcal per day. It ruined my health, but whenever I ate a bit more I gained rapidly. This led to a hormonal collapse and I gained a lot, both fat and muscle. In the past years I was stable well over 100 kg with one normal sized meal per day and 2-3 protein shakes, working out 6-8 hours per week, somewhere around 1500 kcal per day, and improved my lifts but lost nothing at all. Now I'm eating a lot more liberally, way less strict, no longer starving or making sacrifices every day, and still losing fat.

I started getting results when: I upped the dose to 3 mg weekly, AND added MOTS-C 5 mg twice a week. I couldn't tell apart which one did the trick.

3 months. The only effect I noticed right away was that it killed my desire to vape, which was great. I rarely did it in the first place, but since starting Reta I never do it.

In the first 2-3 months I only noticed side effects and no desired effect. There was unpleasant fullness, delayed gastric emptying, heartburn, sulphur burps, 3-4 days continuous diarrhea, sickness, etc. It took 2-3 months for these to go away, and for actually wanted results to appear. The sides were less prominent when I injected into my thigh instead of tummy area.

Poorly, I had so many gastrointestinal side effects, and no desired effects for months. The sides were so bad sometimes I was terrified of what will happen after my next injection.
