What was your goal when starting this product?

After several years on TRT and AAS cycles, my goal was to restart my natural testosterone production and support fertility. I specifically chose Enclomiphene to stimulate LH and FSH production, improve sperm parameters, and help restore the HPTA axis after suppression. Fertility and overall hormonal recovery were my main priorities.

How did you use this product?

I used Enclomiphene at 25 mg daily. The dosage stayed consistent throughout the protocol.

What changes did you notice while using this product?

The biggest change was the return of endogenous hormone production and fertility.
Within the first month I noticed improved mood and energy. Testicular size gradually returned to near normal.
By week 8, libido was clearly improving along with overall motivation and well-being.
Around month 3, ejaculate volume increased significantly (from ~3.5 ml to ~6 ml).
By month 6, semen analysis confirmed the presence of sperm after previously confirmed azoospermia. Ejaculate volume increased to ~8 ml.
Bloodwork also improved substantially:
Total Testosterone: from 5.2 nmol/L to 19.4 nmol/L
LH: from undetectable (<0.2 IU/L) to 5.2 IU/L
FSH: from undetectable (<0.2 IU/L) to 4.8 IU/L
For someone fully suppressed after long-term TRT and heavy AAS use, this was a complete recovery.
