How did you use this product?

Honestly, I didn’t expect it to fully fix the problem, but I did expect it to relieve the pain. Alongside it, I was doing spine exercises and taking 10–15 grams of collagen per day, as well as other vitamins. So that’s exactly what happened, and I will definitely use it again after a 1–2 month break.

Subcutaneous administration is the most convenient method; I rotated the injection sites, positioning them as close as possible to the affected area.
Overall tolerance
I didn’t experience any negative effects. On my blood work, my blood viscosity was slightly higher, but nothing serious at all. It didn’t raise my blood pressure either, and I had no issues with it.

I will definitely continue using this product. Several people recommended a higher dose, but I believe that sometimes less is more, and I’d rather use smaller amounts more frequently than take large doses for 1–2 weeks.
