I started working with a coach back then to prove to myself that I could do it as well. I began with absolutely no experience, but luckily I had someone by my side who showed me how everything works.
Thanks to Reta, I didn’t really struggle with hunger throughout the entire process, which made sticking to the plan much easier. In the end, I achieved my goal of stepping on stage in November.
It took exactly one year to get stage-ready, and the result speaks for itself. I’m very proud of what I accomplished.
And the journey isn’t over yet. I’ll be stepping on stage again, continuing to work with the support of Driada.

I have to say… this is one of the most impressive transformations I’ve seen in a long time. Going from 130 kg to stepping on stage in just one year is incredible, but what impresses me even more is that you earned it through consistency, not shortcuts. Huge respect.
Your stage condition is genuinely excellent. You came in lean enough to showcase real muscle, and that’s something many people never achieve.
If I could give one piece of feedback for your next show, it would be to spend even more time practicing your posing (or at least with the posted pictures
From here, I’d focus on a long, patient improvement season. Don’t rush the bulk. Keep your waist exactly where it is, bring up your back thickness, delts, and hamstrings, and you’ll have a dramatically stronger look on stage next time.
Congratulations again. This is the kind of transformation that motivates people because it proves what’s possible when someone commits 100%. I can’t wait to see your next competition!!

Reactions: AustrianOakYou’re absolutely right. My posing definitely still needs a lot of work, and I know I can improve it a lot. That will be one of my biggest priorities during my offseason.
That’s also why I’m taking my time. I’m planning a long and patient improvement season, and I probably won’t step on stage again until around November next year. That gives me enough time to improve both my physique and my posing without rushing the process.
On top of that, I became the proud dad of a beautiful baby girl earlier this year. She’s basically a real “prep baby.”
I’ll definitely keep pushing, and when the next prep starts, I want to document the entire journey much more thoroughly with regular updates.
Thanks again, Shark. I really appreciate your support, and I hope I’ll be able to present an even better package next time!

Reactions: AustrianOakThat’s beautiful to read, mate. A new baby girl, a clear plan, and the patience to wait until the package is truly ready. That’s how real progress is built. Keep improving slowly, make posing a weapon, and when the next prep starts, document everything.
I genuinely think your next version will inspire a lot of people here!
Thanks for sharing mate!

Reactions: AustrianOakabsolute respect! From 130 kg to 94 kg with stage-ready shape in one year – that’s an insane transformation. Massive respect!
I’m currently on my way to my personal goal of 100 kg and plan to switch to a building phase right after that. Your transformation is extremely motivating for me to see what’s possible with discipline and the right plan.
Keep crushing it, brother! You earned this
