I regularly (every 2 months) perform blood tests including: complete blood count (red and white blood cells, hemoglobin, platelets, hematocrit), lipid panel (HDL, LDL, total cholesterol, and total triglycerides), liver function tests (ALT, AST, GGT, bilirubin), kidney function tests (creatinine), general hormone tests (total and free testosterone, estradiol, prolactin), as well as fasting insulin and glucose tests. Based on these results, I decide whether to use oral or injectable AAS, depending on how risky or suppressive they are.

To improve hematocrit levels, I do 4-week PCT (post-cycle therapy) breaks — sometimes even 6 weeks. If my lipid levels are off, I increase the amount of weekly cardio (for example, from 45 to 120 minutes). If estradiol is high, I use an aromatase inhibitor and increase the frequency of injections (from 2 to 4 times per week).
