Gentlemen, it’s time to show who truly has the biggest bazookas!
We’re launching a new competition where size really matters 😉

📅 Timeline
  • Start: August 28
  • Submissions open until: September 3 (inclusive) September 7 (inclusive)
  • Winners announced: September 5 September 8
📸 How to participate
  • Pump your biceps to peak contraction 💪
  • Measure the circumference with a tape
  • Take a photo showing the measurement clearly on the tape
  • In the photo, include a piece of paper with the word “Driada"
  • Attach your photo in the comments
🏆 Prizes
  • 1st, 2nd and 3rd place → Discount = your biceps size (%) + 1 vial of test
  • Most Original Photo (3 winners) → 25% discount + 2 vials
  • If you publish your photo but don’t win a prize, you’ll receive a 20% discount coupon ;).
Here it’s not only about size but also about creativity! Think outside the box: unusual angles, funny props, comic book hero or ancient god style, costumes, or anything that makes your photo stand out.

Important: If multiple participants have the same biceps size, they all share the same place and receive the same prize.

At first I underestimated it and I tend to do that... my breasts hurt right from the first injections. The doctor said I should either stop or have surgery... so I chose surgery 🙂

I once read in a book that 1 cm on the biceps appears after you gain a certain amount of overall muscle mass, which makes perfect sense. For myself, I’ve figured out a formula: every 3 kg adds about 1 cm. So, I think you’ll need to gain quite a bit of muscle mass to hit 55 cm:cool:

Interesting theory. Now I'm 111kg. And for me its enough. Heaviest i was 115,5kg. Maybe next circle I'll grow up a little be with tren, deca, and oxy mix. 🔥

and don´t forget to get a big trizeps !

The triceps accounts for approximately 60-70% of the upper arm circumference, depending on factors such as training status, body fat percentage, and individual anatomy. The biceps accounts for the remaining portion (approximately 30-40%). This estimate is based on the muscle mass and volume of the two main muscles of the upper arm, with the triceps generally accounting for a larger portion due to its three heads (caput longum, lateral, and medial).
