I will share a transformation one of my clients is in the proccess of achieving, using Driada's products.
This client came to me in February of 2025. He previously worked with a "coach" who was very careless and from what I see not particularly knowledgeable (no blood pressure managment, very poor compound choices, heavy cycles, bad training, horrendous bloodwork and not even testing half the biomarkers).

General info:​

  • Age: 20
  • Starting weight: 92kg
I started by doing complete bloodwork panel and it was quite bad, so we agreed he'll stay on a cruise dose of testos (250mg per week, split into 3 shots). We put a supplement protocol in place to fix his bloodwork&blood pressure and started with a conservative deficit (as it seems this somewhat speeds up recovery of biomarkers).
After three months, we checked his bloodwork and everything was stellar so he was ready to blast again.
The protocol was very simple:
  • 175mg of testos (testosterone enanthate) per week (everything pinned daily)
  • 700mg of drostargos (drostanolone enanthate) per week
  • 4ius of somatropin (growth hormone) per day
Currently, he is 9 weeks into the cycle and has another 6 weeks to go.

We started at 3300kcal, aiming for 180g of protein and low fat high carb approach. As of the 9th week, the calories have been dropped to 1800kcal, still 175-180g of protein, 190g of carbs and 30g of fats

The client is going on holidays after the end of the cut. We will try to get as peeled as possible until then, after the holidays, we'll try to slowly reverse diet him to a good bodyfat level (probably around 10%) and keep him there until the start of the bulk. We pulled bloods recently and his numbers were perfect for a natural healthy man, so I think his cruise will be relatively short, more so he can get a breather and relax a bit psychologically, before we start pushing again

Judging by the body composition, your client seems to gain muscle mass much easier than burning fat, so I assume that even in an 8-week bulk, he can easily gain 4-5 kg of muscle mass.

I don't think so. As far as I've seen, the maximum amount of muscle growth (actual muscle tissue) in a month is 1kg, if everything is in place (androgens, GH, insulin if needed). My client pushed the bulk too far and had a quite bad body composition at the start, partially because of his previous coach. This time I'll keep him leaner (that's the plan atleast).

As promised, here is a recent update, after a refeed:

Weight in the pictures was around 76kg, we did a refeed after a week and a half on 1800kcal. Weightloss is still stable. This was almost 12 weeks into the cycle.

Cycle:
  • 175mg of testosterone enanthate (daily injections, since the start of the cycle)
  • 700mg of masteron enanthate (daily injections, since the start of the cycle)
  • 4iu of somatropin (subQ or IM every evening, since the start of the cycle)
  • 350mcg of semaglutide (100mcg injections EOD, started 10 days before this update)
  • 50mg of oral winstrol per day (20mg morning, 30mg before training, started one week before this update)
We have about 3 more weeks left, we're gonna push a little further than maybe experiment with peaking a little. Given this was my first time coaching a client cutting to this low BF%, I am quite satisfied with the result, especially since the bloodwork was perfect.
