I started my weight loss journey in August 2025.

At that point in time I decided to jump on TRT and GLP-1 to get my body into shape again.
I first started in August 2025 with official Mounjaro 2,5 mg prescribed by a telehealth clinic, to test the waters if I react well to GLP-1.
Because of the high cost I switched to Retatrutide 1 mg after that first month.
I titrated up to 2 mg in October and stayed with this dose since.
Beside Retatrutide I have a weekly dose of Test-E 125 mg and 4IU HGH daily.
As I am at my goal weight now and kept my maintenance dose of Retatrutide. I am trying to wean off slowly to avoid rebound.

All in all I also had a strict training regimen of fasted cardio in the morning (1/2 h Stairmaster) every day and training for 1 h in the evening daily with Sunday as rest day push - pull - legs.
I can recommend this trip to everyone who wants to commit to a very structured protocol. For sure it would have been easier putting in more PEDs or Fat burners, but it is manageable with a lower PED load too.
At one point I tested adding Clen to the mix but it was not a real pleasuring experience, so I stopped that after 2 weeks. I also tried Yohimbine HCL but I did not get any real effect out of it.
I hope to keep the weight off after weaning off. Let's see if I can stay consistent with training and also my food intake.

Hey Gzz1sql (Hard and difficult name hahaha)
This one genuinely made me smile. At 52, you didn’t just lose weight, you took your life back. The difference between those photos isn’t only measured in kilos, it’s measured in confidence, mobility and the way you carry yourself. That’s something nobody can take away from you.
One piece of advice now that you’ve reached your goal: don’t chase the next 5 kg, chase the next 5 years. Build habits that make this physique your new normal. Add muscle slowly, keep training hard, and let consistency become your greatest PED. The hardest part wasn’t losing 27 kg… it was becoming the person capable of doing it!!
Congratulations, you’ve already won that battle.
