It’s still way too early to give a verdict on Anavar — today is literally Day 1 at 30 mg/day split into three doses. So far, I can only say that my base protocol with testosterone has already improved energy, mood, sleep, and overall motivation.
For Anavar specifically, I expect to notice:

For Anavar specifically, I expect to notice:
- Strength and explosiveness gains in the gym and combat sports
- Fuller pumps and improved vascularity
- A leaner, drier look toward the end of the 6-week run
- Stable recovery between multiple weekly sessions

keeping health support tight (NAC, TUDCA, hCG, Arimidex on hand) and for tracking weight, BP, and labs… big cheers on this… That’s exactly how to run an experiment with a new compound.
My only advice right now… don’t chase early changes. Var usually shows its magic around week 3–4: pumps get crazy, vascularity pops, and strength creeps up without water or bloat. Just stay on top of your calories and hydration! (Var loves glycogen) Keep your sodium/potassium balance dialed so you don’t cramp.
Also… post some pics and update body comp numbers once Var kicks in. Seeing how your physique reacts to the combo (Test + Mast + Var) would help everyone here give better feedback, especially since you’re testing its impact on combat performance, not just bodybuilding.
So far… textbook execution. Stay patient, stay on labs, and keep us posted when that Var hardness starts showing.

Reactions: musclereich_lex_ander and Deleted member 1146Everything overall looked fine, but my HDL dropped quite a bit, which is expected with orals since they tend to hit lipids harder.
Because of that, I’ve decided to pause Anavar for now and let my HDL recover before continuing later on.
The compound itself worked well, but I want to stay on top of my health and keep everything balanced before pushing further.
I’ll keep tracking and update again once I restart in the future.
Please make sure to grab some red rice yeast and omegas… you will be back on numbers in a glance!

Reactions: FalconThat is THE mix for pushing HDL up!
Add cardio and some berberine and that is the MOST you can do, there is like anything else proven to work on it.
So, you know what you are doing!
Thanks for sharing and keep us posted!!
