- This stack is effective for bulking in a clean way
- Best suited for intermediate/advanced users – not for first-timers.
- Would recommend for mass phases where water retention needs to stay in check (Mast helps balance that).
- Personally: Yes, I’d run it again for size with relative “cleanliness” compared to pure Test/Deca/Dbol bulks
Test, NPP, and Mast together is a potent combo, and you can clearly see the strength increases and body comp improvements you’ve mentioned.
The photos show progress, no doubt, fuller look, better pumps, and you’re moving weight consistently. The compounds are legit, and your notes about libido, recovery, and mood line up with what you’d expect from these doses.
That said, here’s the honest take: considering your starting condition in the pics, you might actually benefit from scaling things slower.
Jumping straight into 500 mg Test, 200 mg NPP, and 300 mg Mast at your age and current level is already a big escalation (and probably an overkill)
You’ve got plenty of room to grow with less. At 21, your response to even moderate doses is going to be amplified, and pushing higher early can box you in long-term.
Bloods already show HDL at 16 and hematocrit climbing…
those markers are red flags this early!!
Sure, you’re managing with supps, but long-term that approach is going to wear thin. If the goal is 105 by year’s end, you could hit it with half the gear load, just by letting food and training drive more of the growth.
So yeah, the stack is working, no question, but based on your starting condition and age, I’d argue you don’t need to be that aggressive yet.
Slowing down the escalation could keep your health markers cleaner and still bring solid progress, while giving you more “headroom” for future runs.
Let me know anything I could help you with!!

Reactions: BrunoRocThat’s my third cycle by right now so it’s a bit unrealistic, I’ll attach a “real” pic with pump and good lighting after the first time gym after the break. Hematocrit ist genetically that high usually around 49.

Reactions: DonvitosharkoneWhere is your final test report or progression updates if your cycle is not completed ?
