Anybody using one or got reccomendations? Watches or bands monitoring your health as in sleep/recovery, excersise, ecg/hr. Looking for one but getting bit lost in all the options. Not sure which one would be best for lifters.
Looking forward to hear your experiences

To be honest… any tracker will give you references enough to move ahead in your journey.

Based on your own stats and caloric consumption, if you manage yourself between a +-10% of reading error, it should be enough for your self accuracy.

So been honest, I would bet on a budgetary approach for a tracker and get the rest for other option you may need type money too.

I really like Garmin or fitbit. Don't watch at the "calorie tracking " they aren't Precisely .
I have a garmin watch and use it for running (including gps) very satisfied with that

Got the amazfit with bicep strap, loving it. No screen distraction yet all my data tracked
