Very good question and very good choice to use Testo U.

To start with, I would say that 180mg is not TRT

. 75-100mg is. But it's up to you

However, it will allow for an effective transition. There is no specific method, but the best thing to do would be a 50/50 for 4-6 weeks.

You will not suffer from a lack of testosterone during this transition.

Then in the future you will be able to do subQ only once a week, same method by spreading over the body (or even choose the intramuscular route of 2x2ml to be quiet for 2-3 weeks

For some yes, for myself I just feel more superhuman with that dose

Sounds like a solid plan.
I'm hopeful that with Undeanoate, the fluctuations would decrease, allowing me to extend the time between injections. Right now, I'm injecting every 4 days, but I'd like to stretch it to 1-2 weeks, or even 2-3 weeks. Wouldn't that lead to more fluctuations, though?

The half-life is about 21 days. So it takes you 21 days to lose half of your injected dose.

So the fluctuations are, how can I say... Almost non-existent over 2 weeks

. And if you choose to do subQ it's even smoother (0.3ml maximum per injection. So with 6 injections spread out you will be fine for 2-3 week)

I have already taken 2ml for a 3 week holiday abroad (I prepared this 4 weeks before leaving). I have not checked my blood tests but I have no side effects or feeling of lack of test.

I'm curious about the optimal protocol for administering estradiol alongside testosterone undecanoate, especially when frequent subcutaneous injections are involved. Are there any well-established guidelines regarding dosage and frequency?

Are you talking about injecting/administering e2s? Or management?

If it's management, e2s are mostly dose dependent compared to testosterone. The fact that test U is a heavy ester + subcutaneous injection there is no conversion peak

So if you enjoy doing micro-injections on a daily basis. Your e2s are as stable as your testosterone and stable as fuck

Yes, I’m talking about managing estradiol levels. Of course, everything should be based on bloodwork — that goes without saying. I’m thinking of trying undecanoate instead of enanthate. Honestly, I’ve always stuck to the old-school once-a-week injections, mostly out of laziness, especially with daily peptide shots already in the mix.

But maybe it really does make sense to inject more frequently for mood stability. I’ve noticed it can be hard to manage estradiol spikes, and I tend to feel my best — mentally and sexually — when the testosterone-to-estradiol ratio hits that sweet spot.

I've always had 400mg of Testosterone U in my "stack." I inject this every 2 weeks. Then, the rest of the week, I add whatever I want on top (I have about 10ml so daily injection)

On a cruise I keep my Monday shot every 2 weeks. It feels so good to not think about your syringes anymore

What was your testosterone level during those two weeks? Did you get bloodwork done on different days to track fluctuations?

No. I didn't try to push the experiment that way. I don't think it's very useful to see, given the long and stable half-life of testosterone U.

I could try to compare my levels two or three days after the injection and 1 day before. But I think I would get values that are too high measurable for the laboratory (cruise and not real trt).

Maybe see the e2 levels.
But I'll definitely be in range, so it doesn't matter for me. We mustn't forget that the natural body undergoes variations. It's unnatural to avoid them, even if It is well tolerated by the body.

I really wish testosterone U was more popular, it's a real comfort in life.

I'll switch to undecanoate instead of enanthate and do some tests over the next two weeks, probably around four weeks after the first injection, so that the levels stabilize

Have you considered that undecanoate's half-life is longer, and weekly dosing results in greater accumulation? Taking the same dose as enanthate would result in much higher levels...

Be careful when dosing the undecanoate because if you make a mistake you will have to wait 20-30 days to correct it.
