After a long cycle, testosterone production stops, and testicular atrophy is highly likely. Therefore, to restart LH and FSH production, you must use certain products.

I recommend PCT only for permanent steroid discontinuation, otherwise switch to TRT.

Beware of metabolites due to long-acting esters like nandrolone decanoate, which remain in the body for more than a year. You will have to wait until the metabolites are gone before restarting.

example of PCT with HCG,HMG,enclomiphene,nolvadex :

  • HCG 6 weeks 500mg 3X/week
  • with HMG 75ui 3X/week
  • Wait 3 days
  • then 50mg enclomiphene/day with 20mg nolvadex for 4 weeks
  • Then 4 weeks with 25mg enclomiphene
  • after that wait a few weeks and do a blood test with LH/FSH, testosterone to see if your body has resumed its production of testosterone

I agree that PCT protocols after steroids have to be a bit more agressive than the standard cookie-cutter clomid/nolva protocol. I plan on continuing to cruise on test for a while but I added in HCG 2 weeks ago and I feel much better. Recently I've started "microdosing" HCG by taking 200ius every evening, to simulate natural LH production, what are your thoughts on this?

I actually believe that HCG should be used much more frequently than most anabolic steroid users do. To be honest, I’m a bit lazy when it comes to doing many injections throughout the week, so I prefer to do just one. Although, of course, I understand that it’s much better to split the injections throughout the week so that the testosterone levels stay more consistent and mimic the natural testosterone production pattern.

I admire your discipline — doing an injection every day really requires a lot of self-control, especially considering that, in addition to HCG, each of us usually uses other peptides as well.

I'm still young enough and new to this so pinning anything excites me 😂. What I figured out works best for time efficiency regarding peptides is to just mix them in 1 syringe and inject all of them at once. My evening shots are 3ius of GH, 400mcg of BPC157, 200mcg of melanotan 2 and 200ius of HCG

I do not recommend you mix peptides, the molecules are fragile and can be destroyed. For example, I recently had a MOTS-C injection and after that I filled this syringe with growth hormone, and my growth hormone instantly became white in color like milk.

I also started by injecting everything separately, but then I started joining them and I never had any issues. I am aware this is a possibility, because the preservatives in one peptide might denature the other one, but that's why I tested them in low doses and fortunately it was fine. Also I was wondering how visible is denaturisation, thanks for clarifying it makes the injection like milk

It's possible that you won't notice this in your syringe, and you might not have any obvious signs of protein molecule breakdown. There may be no redness or small lumps, but there is still a significant risk that the peptides you mix could break down and not work. For example, not long ago I spoke with someone who manufactures peptides. They made a pen-cartridge with a liquid that contains TB-500 and BPC-157. I asked him how they managed to prevent these peptides from breaking down when mixed together. He told me that they actually spent quite a bit of time figuring out how to mix them properly. Initially, when they mixed these peptides, they broke down. For a long time, they couldn't figure out why this was happening, but then he said they found a solution and created a finished product. From this, I can conclude that if you don't have the proper technology for mixing peptides, they could break down. I’ve read about this somewhere, but unfortunately, I can’t find the link at the moment.

Well, I feel all of the peptides: I'm full as a house from the GH, my balls don't hurt because of the HCG, I am getting darker (and sometimes nauseaus) from MT2 and my joints are getting better from BPC. Thanks for the concern tho. I will definitively be more careful when adding new peptides.

Okay, I understand you. But to be honest, I won’t take the risk of mixing peptides in one vial. My experience with growth hormone completely convinced me that it’s not a good idea. But if you get sides - all is ok.

hcg for pct is stupid bc it suppresses lh which is the exact opposite of what we want, hcg should be used during cycle to prevent testicular atrophy and developement of scar tissue

thats factually wrong, hcg binds to lh receptors, it doesnt stimulate lh release, and even if id still be in the right then since why would you not use it during cycle then?

Hcg is bioidentical for females, it does not naturally appear in males. It is an analogue of luteinising hormone (LH) and therefore supresses it. HCG during PCT is a bad idea, since we're trying to restart the HPT axis, not just replace another link in it. I do think HCG is useful even when blasting and cruising since it still stimulates the production of neurosteroids that would otherwise be deficient since the testicles aren't producing them.
