I started on September 2025 69kg with 0,5, on januaru 0,7ml, now in June i'm 57 kg, 0,2 mantenience.
I'll use reta for all week 2026 at 0,2 beacuse i havent food noise.
If i want loss Wright, i'll use yohimbina.
