Remember, its not a "goal", its a lifestyle. We do this everyday. Somedays you might feel like you dont have enough energy to go there, but luckily you just dont lose gains if you rest a day or two. Stay strong my friends.

Looks like ive dumped my fat percentage quite a bit since last post. This was half intentional as moneys tight and im eating whatever i can, still lifting hard tho. Going to focus on biceps for a bit as theyve always been weaker when compared to tris, will post again in the future
