Hello, I am looking for advice regarding PEDs/Cycle design. I have returned to the gym for about a year now after letting myself go and getting fat/not training. I have about 4 years of experience going to the gym, I am around 20%bf now at 92kg(down from >40%). I stupidly misinterpreted my bf levels early into my cut and did a short cycle of 250 test for about 8 weeks(Ended prematurely because I got covid). That was stupid of me but luckily I didnt run into any long term sides like gyno.
Now that I am starting to get closer to my goal of sub 15% body fat I am wondering whether I should do another cycle of test/eq where I prevent muscle loss(or recomp) for the first phase and then lean bulk for the 2nd. I was thinking of running 300 test 200 eq(for estrogen control), with 500iu hcg(adjusting the dosages based on bloodwork) for about 20 weeks. My goal is to be above 90kgs below 15% body fat. I am 21 years old and I plan on this being my last cycle in the near future. I am looking for any advice for what would be best in my current situation. Thank you

I’ll keep it straight.
You’re 21, ~20% BF, and just got back into shape. The best move right now is don’t cycle yet.
Get lean first. Push down to ~12–13% naturally. At your current BF, you’ll aromatize more, manage sides worse, and the cycle won’t look as good as it should.
Second, drop the EQ idea. It’s not for “estrogen control”, it’s slow, takes forever to build up, and 200 mg won’t do much anyway. It just complicates things.
Also, 20 weeks for a “first proper cycle” is too long. You haven’t even run a clean baseline yet.
If you insist later, keep it simple:
Test only
Moderate dose
Shorter duration
Then get bloods and learn how your body reacts
Right now your biggest gains are still coming from:
diet
training
consistency
You’re already moving in the right direction. Don’t rush it and mess up a good base.
