Uhm, according to their product monograph -> https://pdf.hres.ca/dpd_pm/00029108.PDF priapism is a very rare adr and the drug itself is very safe!
Anyway thanks for your response, it would be great to have something like this available cause in certain conditions phosphodiesterase 5 inhibitors...
