- I started to use L-Carnitine to support my overall performance, body composition, and well-being.
My goal is to improve how efficiently my body uses fat for energy, enhance my endurance and workout performance, recover faster from training, support my metabolic health, and maintain strong mental clarity and focus.
Also I want to experience if there is any upregulation with my androgen receptors.
- How did you use this product?
- Ive started taking 1ml (500mg) per day.
On restdays I’d take it in the morning.
On workout days I’d take it 45min pre workout.
- Total duration of use
- I ve been using now for 1 week
- Did you stack it with other compounds?
- Stacked with 2.5mg Retatrutide per week and 145mg Testosterone Enantat per week.

- Still to be experienced as I want to get up my dosage to 1g per day.
Side effects & tolerance
- Did you experience any side effects or negative changes?
- If you don’t heat up the syringe a little before you apply it it burns quite badly as it is stored in the fridge.
Sometimes I get a sore injection area with intra muscular injection
- Injection pain / discomfort (if applicable)
- If used properly and warmed up before - no issue.
I even tried subq injection which also worked without irritation.
