Where to start…. Just remove any temptation of eat junk food, sugar, alcohol, soda, salty food… like I just eat for gain muscle properly, it’s magic compound thanks to Reta I’m at 9% bf with the same energy and motivation I had at 15% bf it’s so easy to no eat and be consistent at gym, it’s give me so much energy, I don’t feel I’m at this bf because mentally and physically i feel nothing, but the result are there.
